Doctor's Prescription

A licensed healthcare provider prescribes the DME for your medical needs.

Medical Necessity

Your provider documents that the equipment is medically necessary for use in your home.

Insurance Coverage

You must have health insurance that covers DME — e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.

Approved Supplier

The DME must be supplied by a company enrolled and approved by your insurance.
